In the course of a claim, it is not unusual for our bespoke high level reporting system to capture over 50 pieces of relevant information on behalf of our insurance partners.
- We use only highly compatible and/or refurbished spare parts
- All parts undergo a full and 100% Quality Assurance before they are used
- The Fone Clinic gives full warranty (3 months) on any highly compatible and/or refurbished spare parts that are used. If components are found to be defective The Fone Clinic will repair or replace these spare parts at no cost
