We offer the most cost effective repair solution available. Whenever possible we endeavour to repair a mobile phone rather than render it beyond economic viability to do so. All phones that are deemed non cost effective to repair are scrapped in order to preserve the integrity of our service and to prevent the possibility of sub standard, faulty parts re-entering the UK mobile phone market. Our mobile phone scrapping service is environmental and as green as it can be, and no parts from scrapped phones are re used within the repair process unless they can be identified as new mobile phone parts. We do not capture or evaluate and data stored on a mobile phone except for that required during the fault evaluation process, however we recommend that data is removed from the phone prior to sending it to us.
